For P1, obtain the manufacturer quote that defines the approved feature and capacity scope, then route it through a named commercial and technical approver. Store the entitlement identifier separately from the hardware warranty record. The P1 five-year governance model treats entitlement, platform lifecycle and target evolution as separate controlled records.
