Huawei CloudEngine CE12804 is a modular data center switch platform in the CE12800 family. Huawei lists distinct assembled order codes such as CE12804-AC, CE12804-AC1 and CE12804-DC, so the unsuffixed CE12804 model must not be treated as proof of a particular power input or a fully populated system.

Standard architecture boundary

Huawei's ordering material associates the standard CE12804 architecture with the CE-MPU main processing unit and CE-SFU04 fabric unit. These identifiers distinguish it from the CE12804S architecture, which uses S-specific control and fabric units. The exact quantities and line cards must be confirmed in the quoted bill of materials.

Power planning

The CE12804 provides four power slots. Huawei groups slots 1 and 2 in power zone A and slots 3 and 4 in zone B, and documents module N+1 as the default redundancy mode. That chassis capability does not establish which power modules are included with an unsuffixed CE12804 order line.

Confirm the assembled chassis suffix, AC/HVDC or DC input, control and fabric units, line cards, power modules, fan assemblies, software release and support entitlement. A chassis family name alone is not a complete deployable configuration.
