AntiDDoS8030-BASE-DC is Huawei's mandatory DC base configuration for the AntiDDoS8030 platform. The official ordering table identifies an X3 DC chassis, two MPUs and Huawei general security platform software in this line item.

Do not treat the base as a complete cleaning system

Huawei lists service processing units, line-processing units, daughter cards, optical components and detector or cleaning capacity licenses separately. Build the BOM from the required traffic path and licensed capacity; the base configuration alone does not establish usable defense throughput or populated service ports.

Design detection and diversion

Document inline or bypass deployment, traffic diversion method, protected services, peak attack assumptions and return routing. Match each selected SPU and LPU to its associated capacity license and interface media.

Accept the assembled platform

Verify the exact BASE-DC order line, X3 chassis, both MPUs, DC feeds, installed cards and license records. Test management redundancy, representative detection and cleaning, alarms, report export, configuration backup and controlled component failure.
