FG-60F-HA ordering identity

FG-60F-HA is a physical FortiGate 60F high-availability appliance order line, not a support entitlement and not a single-appliance service bundle. Fortinet's ordering table assigns this exact SKU ten GE RJ45 ports and 128 GB of onboard SSD storage.

Pair purchase and service boundary

Fortinet states that FG-XX-HA SKUs must be purchased in pairs. For this line, the paired appliances can use one eligible service contract, limited to Enterprise, Unified Threat Protection (UTP) and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) bundles. The permitted shared contract does not mean that one appliance can be ordered as a complete HA deployment.

Port inventory

The exact ordering row identifies two GE WAN ports, one GE DMZ port and seven GE internal ports. The platform specification further identifies five regular internal ports and two default FortiLink ports within that internal-port total. Buyers should reconcile the physical labels on both delivered units before staging the cluster.

Do not substitute a nearby 60F code

The standard FG-60F row and the FG-60F-HA row are different commercial identities: the HA code carries the pair-purchase and shared-contract conditions and the official table lists 128 GB SSD storage for FG-60F-HA. FG-61F-HA is also a separate order code and must not replace FG-60F-HA without an approved bill of materials.

Procurement acceptance checks

• Quote two matching FG-60F-HA units for one HA pair.
• Confirm both serial numbers, hardware revisions and FortiOS compatibility.
• Record the selected Enterprise, UTP or ATP contract and the account that will own it.
