Term Acceptance

A three-year support commitment spans multiple budgets and staffing changes. Confirm the appliance remains in the approved architecture through the end date, retain account ownership, and schedule a midpoint review for serial accuracy, firmware support, unresolved cases and migration timing. Co-termination must follow the authorized quote rather than an assumed anniversary.

The multi-budget evidence file needs an ownership succession plan, midpoint service review and an exit process if replacement occurs early. Track account transfers and site moves explicitly because no annual purchase event will naturally expose a stale serial association.
