Service acceptance

Platform-specific evidence

Treat 90G event generation and cloud ingestion as two stages. Retrieve a known event with consistent serial and time in the cloud and customer retention destination before acceptance. Correlate DSL synchronization and provider state with route, policy, application outcome and external event evidence. Test the approved backup path without treating carrier loss as proof of a security-service failure.

Five-year carrier and platform lifecycle

Review DSL technology support, provider contract, line condition, software, power, account custody and evidence every year. A long entitlement does not guarantee long-term carrier suitability.
