FC-10-F2H1G-464-02-12 is the eligible cloud logging plus documented SOCaaS monitoring and escalation service for one FortiGate 201G for 1 year. It is an FC service line, not physical FG hardware.

Storage-equipped 201G boundary

Validate exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and FortiOS. The 201G provides local storage, but this order adds neither storage capacity nor a customer-owned external retention destination.

Acceptance procedure

Validate expected sources, service contacts, time zone, severity route, investigation access and customer containment authority. Exercise a benign alert through acknowledgement.

Local and external evidence

Link the cloud case to the originating external 90G event, analyst timeline, customer decision and remediation owner. Separate provider monitoring from customer execution and closure. Reconcile a known event across the 201G local store and the approved external destination.

Annual storage baseline

At activation, record local disk health, observed daily event volume, retention settings, time synchronization and external export. Retrieve a known event locally and externally before ordinary rotation changes the baseline.

Quarterly service proof

Test one representative policy, cloud, support or replacement workflow each quarter. Preserve serial, action, local record, external copy, reviewer and any path that bypasses the purchased function.

Twelve-month retention calculation

Use the highest observed daily event volume and configured rotation to estimate the shortest local evidence window. Compare it with incident and audit needs, then define the external-ingestion delay that requires intervention.

Annual renewal gate

Before the last quarter, compare actual use, cases, exceptions, storage growth and recovery evidence with the next annual choice. Assign the renewal or retirement decision and procurement date.

Excluded items

The line includes no appliance, unlimited retention, endpoint remediation, transfer of incident authority, local evidence disk or guarantee that every threat is detected.
