For eighty-one E, pair the entitlement review with local-disk monitoring, branch retention limits and export scheduling. Its storage duties distinguish it operationally from the otherwise related eighty E. The branch acceptance file should state how long local events are kept, where they are forwarded and who responds when the storage warning threshold is reached.

Because this is a E-series platform, verify current Fortinet contract eligibility and lifecycle status for the exact serial before committing to a new term.

Term Decision

A five-year entitlement should remain inside the planned hardware lifecycle. Verify the retirement year, registration owner and any replacement or transfer assumptions before activation.
