The DD form uses the dates authorized on the Fortinet quote. Record the exact start, end and co-termination terms; the service itself includes one-year rolling log retention while the commercial entitlement follows the authorized dates.

Fortinet maps service code 131 to FortiGate Cloud Standard. The hosted service supports centralized device management, dashboards, traffic and security analytics, scheduled reporting, configuration backup, firmware workflows and audit records.
