Co-termination must follow the authorized quote rather than an assumed anniversary.

The multi-budget evidence file needs an ownership succession plan, midpoint service review and an exit process if replacement occurs early. Track account transfers and site moves explicitly because no annual purchase event will naturally expose a stale serial association. Record the final fiscal period in which renewal or migration funding must be approved.

The asset is a diskless F-series branch firewall; keep configuration backup and recovery ownership outside the commercial entitlement record.

Branch evidence should include circuit details, a remote-access route, configuration-backup location, escalation contact and the central security-event destination. The support owner must be able to identify the physical site and serial without relying on a generic small-firewall label. This is especially important where no local technical staff or replacement stock is available.

For 40F, branch recoverability is the deciding factor. Verify that a central team can obtain diagnostics, restore the configuration and coordinate local cabling if replacement is approved. Upgrade Acceptance Evidence

For a three-year upgrade, the Premium base contract and Elite add-on must cover the same registered 40F and compatible dates. Preserve both entitlement identifiers, the co-term calculation, Elite Portal owner and the approved start/end dates before activation.
