WS-C4506E-S6L-4200 Exact Bundle Identity

WS-C4506E-S6L-4200 is the Catalyst 4506-E six-slot bundle with a Supervisor 6L-E, two WS-X4648-RJ45V+E line cards and a 4200W power supply. The two documented line cards provide ninety-six PoE-ready copper Gigabit Ethernet positions, and this variant is explicitly paired with the 4200W power-supply option.

What the PID does not establish

The order description does not guarantee a second power supply, optics, current software licensing, a particular per-port PoE allocation, rack accessories or active Cisco support.

Receiving and configuration gate

Confirm both 48-port line cards, the Sup6L-E and the exact 4200W supply PID. Inspect power bays and input cabling, calculate the real PoE load, and record software, license and serial status.

Deployment planning
