Exact selection decision

Do not describe the access ports as Gigabit. Use this PID only when 100 Mbps downlinks satisfy endpoint demand, and remember that each combo pair exposes alternative media rather than two simultaneously usable interfaces.

Map every uplink to optic or copper media, peer, speed, LACP group, spanning-tree role and failure behavior. Calculate access-to-uplink oversubscription from the exact port speeds; a shared four-uplink count does not make the FE, Gigabit, PoE and non-PoE models interchangeable.
