There are many conference rooms, and the usage is unknown. The conference rooms that have been booked in advance are occupied. During the meeting, people keep opening the door rashly, and the participants cannot be notified before the meeting. After the meeting, the utilization rate of the conference rooms cannot be visually viewed.
