Project Brief Introduction

The project is located in Honghui International Plaza, No.1600 Zhongshan West Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. The construction building is a modern 5A Grade A office building with a single floor area of 1680 square meters.

Customer demand

Because of the dispersion of office floors, it brings great inconvenience to daily office and management, which makes customers hope to build an intelligent, integrated and more comfortable office space. However, the local traditional network equipment can no longer meet the demand, so our engineers suggest that all new office systems such as network, security and AV should be rebuilt on each floor, and the integrated design can save costs, be efficient and convenient.


Solutions

The solutions of this project involve integrated wiring system, intelligent security system, WIFI coverage system, intelligent conference room reservation system, BGM system and cross-border VPN construction.


Final result

Network system is the foundation of each system, which can ensure digital office, knowledge decision-making and quick response on each floor, and is the core of data storage, transmission control, network management, system application, security monitoring, conference and leisure.

Security system is divided into two parts, monitoring system and access control system. The monitoring system is connected to the terminal equipment through six types of twisted pairs, and the data is stored in VMS centrally, which can bring more efficient and stable user experience. The access control system adopts the main control equipment networking, and the terminal equipment is connected with the main control equipment. The benefits brought by this connection mode are obvious: in the case of sudden network disconnection, the local control equipment can still independently process data, close and release the access control. It prevents customers from being locked in the room and unable to go out due to the failure of the access control system after disconnection of the network. The advantage of control equipment networking is that computers can be used to manage the system in any corner of the office space, and the unified management of each floor does not need to be authorized and set separately.

BGM system is based on the network, and can control the volume of each area through iPad at any place covered by the network, which is simple and convenient to operate.
