The building is located in No.1 Courtyard of Hanzhong Road, which makes it a real gateway to Xinjiekou. It has a height of 220 meters and is also a "high-rise building in Xinjiekou" in the eyes of the media. This Grade A office building, which has attracted much attention from all walks of life, is built by HOK (International), the largest architect firm in the world, integrating office, finance, commerce and hotel, with a total construction area of 186,000 square meters.
