The environmentally rated ACX7348 is 3-U, 29-cm-depth routers designed for multiservice applications. They combine the economics and resiliency of a fixed redundant platform with three bays of modularity for build-as-you-grow scalability, high availability, and exceptional performance.
1GbE-to-400GbE port flexibility, unrestricted high-power ZR/ZR+ transceiver support, and massive forwarding capacity unite in a compact, power-efficient footprint. Powered by Junos® OS Evolved and Juniper Paragon™ Automation, the routers support advanced features, such as segment routing (SR), SRv6, MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, advanced programmability, network slicing, and telemetry.
The ACX7348 has identical features and capabilities while providing operators with key differentiators to fit the exacting needs of each deployment. The ACX7348 delivers 16 additional fixed ports for I-Temp applications.
ACX7348: The I-Temp-rated ACX7348 delivers multiservices in the same 3U, fixed plus modular, compact (29 cm deep), power efficient footprint. It also provides 2.4 Tbps forward capacity, 48 fixed multirate (SFP28) ports, each configurable as 1GbE, 10GbE, and 25GbE client services, and eight additional fixed (QSFP-28) ports of 100GbE (ZR capable) uplinks. Three I/O bays support the same optional interface modules), one I/O bay delivering 400 Gbps of capacity supporting 1GbE to 100GbE port speeds. Two other I/O bays provide 800 Gbps of capacity each, supporting 10GbE to 400GbE ports speeds. Exceptional scale provides low-latency, high FIB and platform performance.
