C9105AXW-Z Overview
The Cisco Catalyst C9105AXW-Z is a wall-plate Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point optimized for compact deployments in hospitality, residence halls, and multi-dwelling units. It offers enhanced wireless performance with 4x4 MU-MIMO on the 5 GHz band and 2x2 MU-MIMO on the 2.4 GHz band, delivering a combined throughput of up to 2.97 Gbps. The unit features internal antennas, integrated Bluetooth 5.0, and supports OFDMA and BSS coloring to improve performance in high-density environments. The AP includes one multigigabit uplink and three gigabit downlink Ethernet ports for connecting wired devices. Powered via PoE+, the C9105AXW-Z is fully compatible with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Series wireless controllers and Cisco DNA Center.
