When a visitor enters the conference room, the access card reader will read the temporary pass information of the visitor and send the information to the visitor management system. The system will automatically record the time when visitors enter and leave the conference room, and calculate the utilization rate of the conference room.
4. After the meeting, you can check the utilization rate, usage time, number of people and other information of the conference room in the visitor management system. This information can be used as a reference when booking a conference room next time, and provide accurate data support for users.
